PCS Roasters

PCS Roasters for coffee, nuts...

Scope of use
Roasting the following types of products: raw coffee beans, hazelnuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds etc.

Operation principles
Raw product is pneumatically loaded into the roaster and roasted in hot air. During the final phase of roasting, beans can be cooled down with water and then loaded onto the cooling plate. Roasted product is then loaded off the cooler to slide block remover where it is cleaned off heavy impurities. Exhausts with parts of peel, air from roaster charge, cooler and slide block remover are directed to afterburner and cyclone. Roasted product is stored in the silo of the slide block remover.
