Checkweigher "KW" - "in-line weigh inspection"

Scope of use
Checkweigher is designed for inspection of gross weight of packed products. This device has application in technological and packaging lines, especially when exact control is required by HCCP norms. It is high-speed and can be integrated with many, various packaging machine or be free-standing control equipment.

Operation principle
Belt conveyor shoves the package to control-case where follows the weighting (score is showed in display). Packages meeting set requirements are transported next to receiver and out of weight specification packs are rejected by a remove mechanism. Checkweigher does the selection of packages for meeting set tolerances and for these out of norm.
