Scope of use
Batching of sauerkraut, chopped vegetables, salads, tripe, etc. It allows for mechanical measuring of any predetermined portion of product with simultaneous batching of the filling liquid. Batched product can be loaded into jars, pouches or foil casings.
Operation principle
Drained off sauerkraut or other product is loaded to a charging chamber (remaining liquid gravitationally flows down to a container). Batching is carried out by the worm batcher forcing a proper amount of product into adjustable tube. Portion measured in the tube is pushed by a cylinder through outlet pipe into the package. Then the pump absorbs an appropriate amount of liquid from the container, batches it and moves through the outlet pipe. Batching time and duration are properly synchronized.
