Scope of use
For packing of loose, powdery, liquid, semi-liquid, pasty, and liquid products with solid elements, such as: coffee, spices, powdered soups, mayonnaise, ketchup, fruit juices, goulashes, chocolate, icing, cosmetic milks, liquid soap, etc. into ready stand up pouches with oval bottom, flat poches and into sachets. Aseptic version also available.
Packaging material
Ready pouches (sachets, doypack) of thermally welded multilayer laminates and polypropylene.
Operation principle
Ready pouches are stored in a storing facility in amount of about 200 units. They are collected from the storing facility by suction cups and moved with the table to the filling station. Then they are opened and filled with the product by a filling machine through a lowering charging hopper, or filling connector pipe. Depending on the product type, the following filling machines are used: volume, worm, piston, etc. Optionally, it possible to fill the pouches with the neutral gas. At the following station, special holders stretch the welding and the pouch is welded (closed). The expiry date is simultaneously imprinted on the welding. Special catch pushes ready packages down the slide.
